AFRIBVAM is the vocal point of leaders of business valuation and management professionals and standard in Africa with cutting edge Educational Strategic Program (ESP). Given the current economic challenges facing Africa and the global environment, AFRIBVAM offers a platform where professionals assemble to create a pathway for economy recoveries and growth pattern of the continent. It is more vital than ever that we promote the business valuation and management intellectuals for better economy, low taxes, proper investment and compulsory education that will be pivotal to African development.
AFRIBVAM African Scholars is an organization that is committed to promoting education and research in Africa. The organization provides scholarships to students in Africa who lack the financial means to further their education. The organization is dedicated to empowering African students with knowledge and skills that can help them become leaders in the society.
AFRIBVAM African Scholars also seeks to promote research and innovation in Africa bysupporting scholars who are working on research projects focused on solving the continent’s problems and enhancing its growth and development.
The organization collaborates with various African universities and academic institutions to identify potential scholarship recipients and support their education. AFRIBVAM African Scholars also partners with other organizations and individuals to create opportunities for African students and promote their academic achievements.
The organization is dedicated to promoting education and research in Africa and believes that by investing in the continent’s youth, it can help build a brighter future for Africa. AFRIBVAM African Scholars is a strong advocate of quality education, and it seeks to create an enabling environment that encourages learning and innovation.
In order to meet up our primary strategic objective of providing national and international relevant business valuation and management education, AFRBVAM has developed a business valuation and management curriculum that will cover core business valuation and management competencies in the labour market. In each course, the material is presented by nationally recognized Instructors through a combination of lectures and class course exercises. The class exercises provide practical life examples of the theoretical material.
AFRIBVAM also seeks to deepen our understanding of these areas through national and international ideas and policies harvested from critical participation of scholars. The institute is a non partisan and entirely independent professional organization that can support any good ideas that will help to develop Africa.

AFRIBVAM’s comments and commendations on business valuation and management issues are made solely in order to achieve its aims. Members of AFRIBVAM have the practicing title of “Certified Business Valuation and Management Adviser”.
The organization enjoys a high international standing in multi-disciplinary research in business valuation, agriculture, education, management, science and technologies.It is an affair and also an African member body.
AFRIBVAM administers the specialist advance international business valuation qualification (BVQ) Advanced Diploma in Business Valuation and Management (ADBVAM). AFRIBVAM is to power the success of business activities and generate good information by providing the most relevant knowledge, resources, advocacy and protecting the interest of our members.
Executive Council
Governing Council
The council is the governing body of the institute and exercises general oversight of the institution and its affairs. It comprises 10 members and meets 2 times each year (including a strategic views). All council members are offered induction, training and leadership development.
All the council members must be a professor or Head tertiary institution across Africa because the organisation is purely academics. All members must exercise their responsibilities in the interests of the institute as a whole rather thatn as representative of any region or country. The institute maintains a register of interest of members. All members must contribute for the growth of the institue and Africa in general.
The council members must bring its deliberations a wide range of knowledge and expertise and are expected to apply it appropriately. The main contributions of the council are as follows:

- To advise on the public presentation of the institute
- To offer professional knowledge
- To represent the institue at the national and international society
- To attract professional, educational, industrial and Humanitarian partnership to our members.

International Advisory Board
The AFRIBVAM – African scholars International Advisory board is an organ that provides independent external and commercial advice to the organisation through the board meetings and engagement with projects and new initiative. They equally assist in developing corporate and institutional relationship at the international level.
The board is uniquely influential in the global institute and policy leaders who provide prospective advice to the AFRIBVAM – African scholars president and governing board. Furthermore, the goal of the board is to bring the institute wisdom to Affricans and to provide its think-tank and policy makers a strategy to lead Africa into global economic relevance.
